The Loan is a gorgeous, traditional fisherman’s cottage on the edge of Achiltibuie, 45mins from the Highland port town of Ullapool. The cottage is surprisingly spacious – with an inviting sitting room with open fire, a cosy study, a bright and airy family living/dining room and an eat-in kitchen (with all the usual amenities). There are two bathrooms: a family one upstairs and shower room with loo on the ground floor – this cottage is very complete and offers enough space to accommodate a family of 4.
The Loan has plenty of parking, is very sheltered and set in 1/4 acre of mature gardens which provide an ideal area for children to run about in. This cottage feels like a home and will give holiday makers a very special place to enjoy their stay in all weathers!
